Elaine is a marketer with executive experience at AIM and NASDAQ listed biotechs. She specialises in strategies for technology disruptors and has supported businesses through many phases of growth, from early commercialisation to rapid scale-up.

She has led commercial teams across the UK, US and Japan. Elaine was formerly Business Unit Head for Horizon Discovery (acquired by Revvity) and Head of eCommerce at Abcam. She is now an independent consultant with The Marketing Centre.
