Our recruitment process

Step 1

Apply

Submit your application.

Step 2

Shortlisting

We will get back to you by the shortlisting deadline on the job advert. Applicant screening is carried out anonymously. 

Step 3

Zoom Interview

If successful, you will be invited to a first interview held over Zoom. This includes a mix of skill and values-based standardised questions.

Step 4

Onsite Interview

Held at Chesterford Research Park. This is an opportunity to meet the team and see our workplace.

Step 5

Offer

Successful candidates will receive a job offer.
