Principal Software Engineer

James is a bioinformatician with broad experience in database design, pipeline development and mathematical modelling. He has worked on the Ensembl project at EMBL-EBI (European Bioinformatics Institute), and in a Type 1 diabetes research lab at Cambridge University. James has an MRes and PhD in Bioinformatics from Birkbeck College and the University of Manchester, respectively.
